4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Fraudulent Use: Creating false or misleading financial documents may violate local, state, and federal laws. StubWerx is designed for legitimate informational and record-keeping purposes only. Users are solely responsible for their use of generated documents.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of StubWerx and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users may download or print a reasonable number of copies of pay stubs generated through the Service for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payment is required to generate and download pay stubs. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once a pay stub has been generated.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUBWERX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by the Service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party claims or damages arising from your use of documents generated by the Service
- Any other matter relating to the Service
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StubWerx and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of any term of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

StubWerx reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
